1. Introduction

Welcome to Eternal Frames ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, products, or services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Services

We specialize in providing photography and videography services for a range of occasions including but not limited to weddings, events, corporate functions, Senior/Grad/Ring Day Photos, Portrait Sessions, and Professional Headshots. Additionally, we offer physical products such as photo albums and framed prints for purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable down payment of 15% is required to confirm your booking. We offer multiple payment plans for our premium packages. Prices are subject to change with or without notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable down payment.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.

6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or other acts of God that prevent service delivery, you may reschedule without incurring additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund, minus the non-refundable down payment, will be provided.

7. Quality Assurance

If our Services do not meet the standards advertised, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the final product for a full or partial refund, subject to our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content produced is the intellectual property of Eternal Frames. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Safety

You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your guests during events. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
